FLUFFBOARD is an innovative sheet material made from at least 90% recycled shoes and/or apparel, combined with a biobased adhesive. The material is derived from Fluff: the soft fibrous structure found in the upper part of shoes. This residual material is typically considered waste in shoe and apparel recycling facilities, but FLUFFBOARD transforms it into a high-quality, value-added application.

The material is pressed into solid panels and is available in various thicknesses, including 10 mm and 20 mm. Thanks to its unique origin, FLUFFBOARD has a distinctive, robust and recycled aesthetic, while actively contributing to the reduction of textile and footwear waste. The material is well suited for interior applications where circularity, tactility and sustainability-driven storytelling are key.
